Different parts. Different responsibilities.

IssuerOWN Token Foundation
The Foundation issues OWN, cares about its future and supports the growth of its ecosystem. That support does not make it the Plan’s operator, lender or contractual seller. It is independent of the 49G group.
LessorBitLease Capital Ltd
The Lessor of the OWN Access Pool in the documented structure.
Platform operatorBitLease Technology Ltd
Operates the BitLease platform and remains responsible for its own services and agreements.

Separate responsibilities The Foundation issues OWN and supports its ecosystem. BitLease Capital holds the original access inventory, and BitLease Technology operates the platform. Each organisation remains responsible for its own role.

This guide covers the Foundation’s token record and the separate roles around OWN. For information about the Access Pool and related arrangements, continue to BitLease Capital’s own website.

First, understand the asset

OWN is a utility token, not equity in the Foundation or a claim on its revenue.

OWN is an ERC-20 token on Ethereum with a fixed supply of one billion units from a single genesis mint. Its official identity, original distribution and applicable records identify the token issued by the Foundation. A ticker or a token name alone cannot confirm a blockchain contract.

The Foundation keeps the token record separate from the services of the organisations using OWN. The contract particulars and implementation evidence remain to be supplied on this site.

A short introduction here. Further information with the responsible organisation.

BitLease Capital Ltd holds the OWN Access Pool. Read about its role and the related arrangements on its own website.

The original inventory allocation

At Genesis, 500,000,000 OWN — 50% of the fixed supply — was minted directly into the designated BitLease Capital recipient wallets for the original access inventory. This is part of the Foundation’s historical supply record.

An original allocation is not a current wallet balance or a live circulation total. The Foundation’s separate 60,000,000 OWN allocation supports its own issuer and ecosystem work.

Token design and platform use

OWN is designed for utility in the BitLease ecosystem. A platform determines the services it provides and the terms applying to those services. Holding the token does not automatically establish ownership of another asset or access to every service.

The original 400,000,000 OWN Utility Reserve was allocated to BitLease Technology Ltd. It is distinct from the Foundation’s issuer allocation. Its original allocation and the limits of the token contract belong to the token record; platform programme details belong with the provider.

What could be useful beyond the first application?

A platform can propose a useful role for existing OWN. A business considering its own token needs its own issuer, purpose and responsible providers. The Foundation supports the growth of OWN’s ecosystem; each company and operator remains responsible for its services and contracts.

Future applications require their own technical, contractual and operational work. This website does not announce an integration or an ownership right in gold, securities or another asset.
