   - Foundation identity, governance or official records
   - A proposed use of OWN on your platform
   - OWN token information
   - Media or general enquiry

If your proposal concerns your own token and an LTO route, the platform arrangement
belongs with your chosen operator. Use the business guide to prepare those questions.
Foundation enquiries do not replace platform account, payment or transaction support.

2. STATE THE QUESTION
   What would you like to understand or propose?
   Which page or record does your question concern?

3. EXPLAIN THE PURPOSE
   Who would benefit, and what would they be able to understand or do?
   For an ecosystem proposal, why is OWN relevant?

4. IDENTIFY THE EVIDENCE
   Which facts are documented? Include relevant public references.
   Which elements are ideas or assumptions?
   What evidence, research or prototype would help test the idea?
   Do not treat a token name or symbol as proof of a contract identity.

5. NAME THE OPEN QUESTIONS
   Which technical, contractual, privacy or operational matters remain unresolved?
   Which parties would need to agree their responsibilities?

6. SUMMARISE A USEFUL NEXT STEP
   What clarification or discussion would help assess the idea?
   What contribution or support would you seek from the Foundation?
